Training & Support

Support and Training

We help every step of the way

The best way to learn how to operate a successful small business is by following the guidance of a mentor, and Flour Power has the best mentors in the business! Susan Caldwell and her leadership team guide you through every step of the way, from signing the franchise agreement to your grand opening and beyond! As an experienced brand of 14 years, we have perfected our training systems, approaches and program to bring our franchise owners the best possible support and training.  We even kick off our initial training program the first week a new owner joins the team with our “Jump Start Training to Success.”  From the very first day as a Flour Power owner, you will have the full support of all the other franchise owners in our system and the entire Flour Power corporate team.

Recipe of Success: Training In Four Stages

Stages and Phases Program

Phase 1: Jump Start Training

Beginning your very first week, we will provide you with our Jump Start Manual filled with the immediate things to know and do. This manual is complete with a Success Checklist of items to conquer. We will conduct a one day virtual training that focuses on immediate needs, understanding the systems in place, sales and marketing training and other important aspects to jump start your success!

Phase 2: Management and Operational Training

Our Management and Operations Training takes place in our corporate office in Wake Forest, NC as well as local operating studios in Wake County, NC. Conducted by the Business Manager and Field Trainer and developed by the Founder, this training is the comprehensive backbone to understanding the Flour Power system. During this training, new owners also lead classes and birthday parties to learn the best way … through hands on training.

Phase 3: Studio Opening Training

Flour Power Corporate Team will provide support during the Grand Opening phase of the studio. This includes on-site training, opening assistance, review of items learned during the Operations and Management training, and real “hands on” additional learning in your studio.

Phase 4: Ongoing Training

Following Grand Opening, the Business Manager or member of the Corporate Leadership Team will conduct a minimum of 8 one hour weekly webinars to continue training, answer questions, and provide additional insight on the first weeks open.

Following the webinar training, Flour Power offers additional training quarterly on various topics, bringing in subject matter experts on items such as marketing, human resources, and more.
